FraudShield – AI Powered End to End Fraud Detection and Response System

This project is an agentic AI-powered fraud detection and alerting pipeline that automates the entire fraud monitoring process end to end. It works by fetching transaction data, analyzing fraud risk using an AI model against historical patterns, verifying suspicious transactions through customer SMS confirmations via Twilio, and if fraud is detected, automatically sending alerts to both the relationship manager and the customer through Gmail. Finally, all outcomes are logged into Google Sheets for continuous tracking and auditability, making it a complete, AI-driven fraud detection and response system.
